my piggys behavour

just wondered if my guinea pigs were ok or if anything was wrong with them, they allways run around mad when i open the fridge to get them some cellery and one of them goes nuts and dosent look where hes going and turns round and bangs his head on the side of the dormaturity wall, one of them climbs on top of the hay house and squeaks, not a normal squeak its like shouting and the other one pop corns like mad!!

awwwwwwwww you're piggies are doing what we call popcorning, it means they're real happy and excited all in one :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
They want you're attention even more cause they know that fridge has TREATS MMMMMM :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
Piggies are incredibly intelligent more than people give them credit for O0 O0 O0
Once they learn their surroundings they know the fridge door opening means treats, they know if they hear your voice saying certain words what that means and it usually means something good for them :smitten: Our little guy is not worried about loud music or loud tv as he's been brought up with it and he does a little dance of excitement..... this is them learning to trust you their mummy or daddy :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

hi yea my gunniepigs run around mad in my house sumtimes i cant hear my t.v becuase they are so happy and they let me no they sit at my feet until i get up and get them some goodies ;D ;D ;D

my girls will squeak when fridge is open or plastic bag rustled :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: some how when petal and rosie were alive they knew when we had been shopping and go crazy and them pressing their noses against the wire of their cages and use the puppy dog look :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: always worked too. so your piggies are normal happy contented piggies. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
