my guinea pig is heavily pregnant , and her skin is breaking underneath , she is on vitamin C and is healthy inside , her belly is so big , can anyone give any suggestions

What do you mean her skin is breaking? Any kind of abnormal health issues with a pregnant sow should be discussed with your guinea pig savvy vet (give them a ring). We will need more information before we can give any idea of what this might be.
Is she being fed the extra calcium she needs?
How did she get pregnant? (ie, has the male now been removed as this is vital, also do you know how far pregnant she is?)
