Hey y'all. I'm new to this but I need somehelp. My husband bought me a guinea pig 6momths go. She was fine last night but this morning I found her in her cage layed on her right side not moving. I picked her up and she was limp I went to put her back down and she did a running motion. I ran out of pellets 2 days go so I've been giving her hay and veggies. She not drinking or eating. Her coat is cold and making a faint whemper. Help!

@zennia201700 You need to take her to the vet straight away. What you describe is a sign that they are dying, so only a vet can help her

Good luck!

Me and my husband just got a new house so I don't have the money for the vet at the moment. Is there anything I can do?

We really don't know what's wrong with her unless you take her to the vet. Has she been eating? If not do you have pellets you can mush up and syringe feed her? You need to act quickly coz they can really deteriorate fast.

Hi! Your girl is dying. Please keep her warm (but not hot) and as comfy as you can.
If she is in prolonged pain, please see a vet for pts/euthanasaia. The running motion is a reflex from oxygen starved limbs; her being cold means that the blood circulation is no longer working.
