My sow has big teets and urinates a lot?

My only sow, she is about 1 year and 6 month old, I noticed she has big teets today and when I let her for a run around my room she drags her bum on the floor more than normal and urinates heavily on anything ... This isn't normal behavious for her, normally she tells me when she wants a wee and her teets aren't that big. Is she in season?
