MY T-SHIRT

My mun came in and found my tshirt against the cadge and my guinea pigs (gypsy and winter) were curious about it. My mum moved the shirt and found the entire short sleave gone and chewed up. Winter had some in her mouth and i helped her take it out. We dont know if they will be alright and we dont know if we can go to the vets. We think most lightly that winter ate it. What do i do?!?!

If you think Winter ate too much and you are very concerned, I would phone the vet as some will advice on the phone.
Otherwise, keep a close eye on anything out of the normal behaviour like not eating or the stool isn't normal etc.

I forgot to say in my last post well done for posting on the forum, I sure others will be posting soon enough.
It's a good sign that if they are eating hay, but I would still wait until you can check the poop is normal.
I'm sure they both will be ok

Hello and welcome If your piggy is eating, drinking and going about his daily business as normal, I wouldn't worry too much.

Just keep an eye on him and his poo output and if anything changes, it's advised to seek a vets advise

Check the poo s now and for next few days. personally if I'n doubt got to be vet. they can't digest material they only have little tummys.
