Poor Tigs is in the vets - I took him this evening as he hasn't been drinking (he usually guzzles half a bottle a day) or eating as much as usual and seems sluggish and has been growling and grinding his teeth. The vet checked him out and thinks it could be his teeth - they looked sharp and had lots of food stuck round them apparently so they are putting him under a GA tomorrow and examining/sorting his teeth.

I miss him - he hadn't had his dinner either, I didn't think he would be staying there overnight! :(

It's awful when they keep them in isn't it, especially when it's unexpected :(

Sorry, have no experience of teeth, but thinking you and Tiger.

xx

Oh no not gorgeous Tiger! Hope he gets well soon Katie, big hugs to you and the gang. x

I'm sure Tiger will be ok Katie, try not to worry too much (easier said than done i know) as Jeremy will feel it bless him.

Dont forget to update us tomorrow.

Thinking of you all

x

Sending loves and healing vibes to Tiger, try not to worry too much x

Helloo, yes, he is back and he is fine! Apparently his back teeth were also fine too, we think it must have been a bit of constipation or something that was stopping him eating. He has done lots of poops and his been given a gut stimulant by the vet. I have some disgusting fibre stuff to give him that he hates, but he is munching his hay and romaine, although he seems to struggle a bit biting things. I'm just glad my little gonk is back home! We are keeping a close eye on him.
Thanks for asking after him! he didn't bite me when I collected him, must have been glad to be going home!

Great news - glad he is home.
Sending lots of kisses to him from me & my 3 piggies

xxxxxxxxxx

That is good news Katie, give the little man a head scratch from me x

We tried giving him the high-fibre stuff - he spat it all out and totally refused to have any, even on romaine which is his fave! He has been eating plenty and has drunk half a bottle, so I dodn't want to start syringing him Critical care, or forcing him to have this fabire stuff as he is pooping fine. Do you think this OK with him eating and drinkiing normally or should I keep trying with the fibre stuff?

If his droppings are normal again, same with his eating and drinking, I would continue keeping a close eye, but perhaps not force him with the fibre as he might get distressed. Would hate to give you the wrong advice though....x
