1.When they are laying down, you make a noise and they lift their head up, look at you, then slam their heads back down again.

2. When they cheekily get their pile of veg they wheeked for, then rummage through it and look at you to say where is the lettuce?

3. When they do the shake, like a dog shaking off water, but they hop off their front 2 feet to do in then land back down again. This is only bernie who does this out of my two.

When they wheek at you talking upstairs, or when you come in the house...even before you speak. They won’t wheek if my husband comes in but they do for me. I don’t know if it’s my keys that set them off. Such clever clogs!

When they trust you enough to sleep out in the open.

When they come to the cage sides wanting some attention from you 😍

The way they make that plip plop noise when they move around.

The way they rumble and grumble at each other and then immediately share a pile of food like best friends.

They way they assume every time you walk in the back door you are bringing them grass, wheeking away in a frenzy of excitment.

I've just had both pigs begging for their evening cucumber scatter feed. Dot done her nohtime begging version, which is sit and stare at me. We call it flirting for veg😂

And both rats begging as well. They will both sit on a platform and just stare at me. So I gave them both a chicken bone each. They love the marrow

1. I love it when they do zoomies and popcorn, and everytime they chat away to each other. 🤣😂

2. I love it when they are sleeping so comfortably, with head down or sideways, or when their legs are stretched out, or when their eyes are closed. It's so relaxing seeing them that relaxed. 😍😊

3. The last but the most important, I love it when they are all healthy and don't need to be seen by a vet, especially during this lockdown. Fingers crossed I didn't just jinxed it! 🤞😁

  1. The way every single one has their own distinct personality.
  2. The way they recognise people and places. They recognise a lot more than we give them credit for.
  3. That lightbulb moment they have when they finally trust you. Like hey, you're not really so bad.

1. when they're enjoying cuddle time so much they fall asleep on you or just plonk down and melt onto you.

2. when they here a noise during floor time and they freeze or perk up in panic until I tell them it's fine and they carry on with their very important business.

3. wheeking for food as if they're happy to see me.
