Hi!

Please stop any veg and step in with syringe feeding and watering support asap if she is not eating. Be careful to just squirt a syringeful into her mouth; a mouthful is 0.1-0.5 ml depending on size and how well an ill piggy can swallow. Add an electrolyte powder from the pharmacy (UK: dioralyte, US: pedialyte; follow recommendations on the packing) to the water you are offering, as much as she will take. You feeding support round the clock can make all the difference.
Please read our guide: Complete Syringe Feeding Guide

Is she getting metacam? Being fluffled up is a sign of pain/discomfort.
Please contact your vet promptly as soon as a guinea pig on treatment is getting worse and not better. She may need a faecal float/lab test.
