My wonderful Elvis Pigsley

It is with great sadness that I write that my lovely Elvis Pigsley passed away this afternoon :'( At the grand old age of 9 he outlived many of his friends in his lifetime. When I found him this afternoon he was laying on his side breathing very slowly and I knew it wouldnt be long. I spent quite a while holding him before giving him a kiss and putting him back in the hutch. He passed away peacefully a short while later with his friend Barry Pigalow laying by his side :'( :'( :'( He has been with me about 8 years and was such a wonderful chirpy little pig, things really wont be the same round here without him :'(

Goodnight Elvis, I hope you are having fun playing in the long grass over the rainbow bridge

I'm so sorry for your loss - but what a fantastic life he must have had to live until 9 years old :smitten: Just prooves how great you care for them.

RIP Elvis Pigsley xx Have fun at the bridge with your friends which you outlived. :smitten:
 
Oh dear. He had a very long life though and i know that i was a good, fun filled one. RIP elvis x

What a wonderful life he's had with you and for such a long time, it's a credit to you that he made such a great age.

rip elvis. maybe when my elvis dies (hopefully not any time soon!) they will be singing hound dog together
 
Awww thats so sad! But he lived to a grand old age with a fab piggy mum, what more could a cavy ask for? 0:) :smitten: :smitten: RIP
