Junior Guinea Pig
The other half of my Dudes with Attitudes was heartbroken after his brother Fernando passed away Friday night.
He just pretty much shut down and stopped eating or doing anything.
I take solace from the fact I watched over him all day until he departed, talking to him, stroking him etc and that it happened in his home.
Myles was always way chilled, wasn't fussed by his bro nipping at him and was so, so affectionate. Every time I walked past the hutch he always came up to me. I often saw Fernando swiping food from Myles, but sometimes saw it the other way round and I ponder if Myles was as innocent as I thought
.
Myles had a soft spot on the back of his head. Whatever he was doing, a couple of strokes and he went down like a sack of potatoes, just sprawling out as long as he could, totally content. When I stopped stroking him, he always looked at me as if to say "why the hell have you stopped?!".
They both looked after me and I'll miss them so much. Have fun annoying each other chaps XXXXXX (Myles is the blonde).
