I think they need trimming, but have looked to see where the quik is and there is not much nail there (they are really difficult to see as they are quite dark.
Two of my piggies have dark nails and I have to admit I have cut a little too close to the skin on occasion. It is trial and error with piggies nails and the more practise you get you will get to know what length the piggies nails should be..
For nails on the back feet, they don't look bad. The easiest way to keep on top of the nails is to trim the ends off monthly; it is easier to clip that way than it is to trim just when they are long, as it's thought that the longer the nails grow the further down the quick gets.
