Name For A New Guinea Pig

This lovely little girl has been with us almost a week now and we haven't settled on a name yet! My daughter likes Avocado...please can you help me think of a better name!

Ive never been good at naming female pigs , that's why mine are called mummy pig and baby pig lol.How about skylar?

Sounds cute! I think anything will be better than Avocado We take ages to come up with a name and then usually call them something completely different...then have to remember their official name when we go to the vet! Our oldest one is called Clove (from the Hunger Games...daughter again) but we still call her Little Baby

Yes, food seems to be a theme! The piggie in my pic was called Cinnamon before she was called Kiwi! Then my daughter called her Banana and my partner called her Lemony...I mostly went with yellow-thing We have Rusty too...she escaped the food theme!

I did think of honey but it won't stick!

Yes, human names are cool too, thanks. We started off with flowers...we've had Poppy, Daisy, Dandelion, Cherry Blossom, Sunflower, Rose Petal, Humbug, Scruffy, Pumpkin, Misty, Clove, Kiwi, Rusty.

Ginny is cool, thanks. I also like Ginger but my daughter has auburn hair and used to be called Ginger, so I can't use that.

Awww, she's so cute! She reminds me of a little mouse for some reason. As for names, I've always loved Pepper.

Pepper is nice too! I was coming up with mouse names...Hunca Munka, and Maisy. Bathsheba got a thumbs down at home as well.

I do like Petunia but my partner isn't keen, unfortunately. We may have to do what we did with the one we lost last week and all call her something different!

My suggestions last time we got a new pig were all vetoed by the kids.
My personal favorites are Leaf, Pigtato, and Boat.
We ended up with an Oreo (also cute, but secretly I still call her Leaf).
I am adding Avocado to my list of fabulous names.
