Clean cages and did health checks, they look good. Chez was actually pretty good.

It's pouring rain so can't shake out fleece. Will do that, have breakfast and vitamins. Not sure if I'm leaving the house today.

Was hungry so had an apple

Leaving in two hours for an appointment.

Might stop at the health food store even though I'm on a budget. Or Aldi which is closer and cheaper.

I’m a retired dental hygienist @Ramia and flossing / cleaning between the teeth is so important
Preventing tooth decay and gum disease also lowers your risk of heart disease, low grade inflammation, miscarriage and dementia
 
Took piggies to their luxury holiday accommodation
Deep cleaned piggy cage and the room
Did piggy laundry
And……. Did most of the packing for tomorrow
