It should get light out so I can shake fleece out and wash then I have to go to the pet store and Aldi and clean the house.

Go to pet store and buy forage and a new dry food that hopefully the cats don't reject. This'll be the third brand
Went to health food store and bought some groceries
Cleaned house
Drank milk it was delicious

Went and had a follow up mammogram and ultrasound because my tissue is so dense it always shows as an abnormality

Clean bill of health

Spot clean and litter boxes
Ate yogurt with honey 🍯 and took vitamins
Got a load of towels in the washer

Waiting for the pet store to open and the bank

Have an appointment at 2 that is a 45 minute drive but got a new audiobook at the library. Don't need to go to the store for anything.

Actually I really don't like driving that far to see my therapist at his new office but he knows my case so well.

I understand staying with a therapist who knows your case really well and who presumably works well with and for you, despite long drive.

These are the things I have to work on this week:

Clean breezeway
Weeds
Vacuum bedroom
Clean and vacuum boys room
Do two hours of computer work for work

I just need so much time to rest on my days off but I really need to pick one task a day. I know the weeds will only take an hour.

Am currently eating wafer cookies

Am going to vape shop, bank, dollar store

Then computer work

Got the vacuum and dust done!

Now the dreaded computer work! I'll give myself a little break. I'm ahead of schedule.

Can't shake fleece, it's too dark out

I have to buy some cleaning powder (do you have Comet in the UK?)
