Today i got 4 new guineas (two boys and two girls) and am struggling on thinking of names for the girls :( The boys are called trevor (cream and white long-haired) and toby (black brown and white teddy, brother to my female teddy).

so i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. :)
one is a little abyssinian with a black and ginger/brown face and white body
and the other is a white brown and cream teddy.

i dont have any photos at the moment though as my camera isnt working :( but i will post some if i can fix it.

no ideas but just wanted to say good luck, I have 2 new little piggies and I am trying to think of names ::)

i dont know why but ive never had any trouble naming boys. its just my girls lol

For my boy- Patchy I named him ebcause of what he looked like! He was patched with all diffrent colours :P
Toby my sister named, but i was going to name a hamster that :P

not sure for the girls try naiming them on what they look like!

well my abbysinian looks like my boy mikey in my little picture near my name. apart from she has black and brown face.
i think ive pretty much used all the names i can think of lol

It depends on what you like. I've a mix of normal names and pet type names...

Sunshine...Golden Aby reminded me of the Sun.
Twinkle...Black faced white and grey body Peruvian/Aby cross reminded me of a star twinkling.
Cuzzy...cream and white Sheltie named by my two year old who can't say custard.

Flora and Fleur my two Smooth Ginger and black Sows, where named Milly and Molly but my daughter is Emily and her friend is Molly so I had to change them but they are nice names too.! :)

Good luck with it!

yeah i have quiet alot of different names. :)
i already have:
(girls) Jasmine, Pixie, Jesse, Muffin, Abbi, Ellie, Tilly, Betsy, Roxy and Dotty
(boys) Midnight, Nugget, Rolo, Dusty, Mikey, Pickle, Charlie, Trevor, Toby, Bob, Dylan and Parsley

Aww Pickle and Parsley...lovely! I love those type of names! My girls though they demanded proper names, they are little princesses.

If I have another it will be Eccles after my love of Eccles cakes. I quite like Amber for a girl!

:)

Ambers a nice name. :)

i like pebbles and Darcy. but its finding a name that suits them thats really hard.

Pebbles...cuteness! You'd need a Bambam (from the Flinstones!) :D

yeah thats where i got it from ;D
i named some of my guineas after characters. like:
jasmine from aladdin
jesse from toystory
pixie (was going to be called tinkerbell but decided pixie suited her better)
i love disney films :smitten: lol

Good idea! We love Disney here too. My girls would name them Minnie and Daisy then...actually it's not a bad idea. My 2 year old loves Mickey Mouse and Co! :D

My girls are Olive, Fern, Peppa and Violet.
All my girls are adopted and were originally named Gemma, Muffin, Sooty and Poppy.
Picking a theme is a good idea, how about flowers or herbs.
