hi all,
i just wanted to check this isn’t anything to worry about, my baby snoop has had some black nasal discharge a while back from pneumonia after surgery. he healed from it however, i’ve noticed the same discharge back but with no other symptoms. my vet did say it may come back as he may have just inhaled some of the anaesthesia from the surgery that has impacted his lungs.
i just wanted to make sure that could be a possibility as he seems completely fine in himself.

Hi

I would recommend to speak to your vet if this persists but as long as your boy is fine in himself, his weight is stable and his lungs clear and not clicking when you hold your ear against them, I would not worry too much.
