I've never ordered from this company but our local pet shop sells the hay. £4.99 for the larger bale. Unfortunatly it's not always good quality. When buying I tend to sniff to make sure it doesnt smell musty. Although it might be better quality buying direct I suppose it all depends on how long the bale has been stored at the warehouse.
 
I used to use this hay - not anymore though!

The last 2 bags of hay i got were practically just dust and completely unusable, i sent them an email and added pics - they ignored it and continued to ignore my emails.

I'll never use them again.

I've had 4 bags of the meadow hay now and Ive been happy with it, both my piggies and the bunny love it. I had one bag that smelled a bit iffy but the outside of the bag was wet so I expect it was that that caused it. I didnt order it direct but I got it in The Range for £4.99 for 4kg. If you have a Range near you Id say go have a look as its in a clear bag and you can tell if its good or not. My range has a stack almost as tall as I am and I get funny looks when I'm rooting through to find the best one lol :red

We don't have one near us, the nearest one is Southport!
Wish we did have one near to us :)
 
I got a big bag of hay and it was all thorns i complained though and got a refund :) id never use them again though
