I thought my 3 were rather quiet in the shed today, luckily it was mild and had no need to put the heater on, in my infinite wisdom, I had unplugged the heater a couple of days ago to plug the lawn mower in, once I'd finished, I put the lawn mower away and forgot to plug the heater back in, leaving the cable within chomping distance! They had half chewed through the cable - they hadn't eaten any - just chewed through it, close to where it enters the heater. Cue a quick trip into town to buy a replacement cable, one quick cable change later and the heater and cable have been moved even higher than it used to be and the loose cable has been clipped to the shed wall so if I forget to plug it back in again, it's out of reach of chomping piggies! When I caught them, they looked up as if to say, "Oh heck! the boss has caught us - scatter!" before running back into their hutch! :))

I'm sure things they shouldn't chew taste better than things they are allowed. Mine have never bothered with chewing wooden toys but have taken a chunk out of the skirting board.

I caught the rabbits just about to chew a chunk out of the corner of my newly stained shed - the stain was still wet! A quick short jet of cold water up the jacksie soon shifted them! :))

Goodness me @BossHogg - I am tempted to call the RSPCA. Poor little things.
If only you provided them with a more enriched environment and a bit more space they wouldn't be reduced to chewing on cables and sheds.
Get yourself off to the local willow plantation to gather some branches, and start weaving complex structures to enrich their lives immediately.

I have some birch branches, they hurt more! :))
