So I've just got up an as I'm cleaning them out I see Coco casually jump on top of her hidey box as if it's no big deal.

*must remind myself not to put this box near the other side of the cage*

Oh my gosh that's so cute!

I never really see my piggies sleeping because they live outdoors, so when I open the back garden door to attend to them, they come up to the bars and start wheeking. Or they're just hiding in their little bedroom. :)

Aww coco is so cute. She looks pleased with herself for jumping up there.

I realise now storing the cuddle time fleece on top of the hidey was clearly just to tempting!
But of course! All piggies love the soft stuff & turn into acrobats to get at it. You should see what a contortionist my Hazelnut became in order to get his head on the softest part of a tunnel once.

This has quickly become Coco's All-Time-Ultimate-Favourite-Snoozing-Spot! She only comes down off there now for food an thats it; which has kinda resulted in a grumpy cagemate piggy who hasnt quite figured out how Coco is getting up there.

One of mine (scamp) loves jumping up on top of his bed (looks a similar height to your box), so much so that we must bought a little wooden corner shelf to put up in their shed run for him! He isn't the dominant one so I think it's his little escape from cwtchy

You could try putting a fiddlestix bridge (or something similar) leading up to the top of the pigloo as a ramp for her cagemate to climb up? That way they can snuggle up there together. :)

I've currently got a little fiddlesticks bridge thingy next to the box, taffy still has't understood to use it... But then again neither does Coco, she seems to prefer practising her upper body strength to get up an then the belly flop dive to get down.

I actually think this has become her fave spot because Taffy CAN'T get up there, lol.

Coco does seem to have gotten a taste for climbing now though, last night we caught her trying to balance on top of the chew tube, like some kind of circus animal... Needless to say she didn't last very long :D

Haha what a silly piggy!

Try putting Taffy on top of the pigloo and see if she climbs down?

I've avoided encouraging cwtchy to climb/jump up, as out gives the less dominant scamp more places to escape to if cwtchy is being a teenage bully! Scamp is also a lot smaller and more agile which makes sense.

I know you can get guinea hammocks, I may make or buy one at some point when I see how the shelf goes

A piggy hammock would be amazing!
