Need a good guinea care/advice book - Suggestions please!
I want a good care guide to guinea pigs that will tell me how to spot illnesses of all sorts bad noises behavior what guinea pigs can eat and what not to eat all that I want one around so I can go and look at it and catch anything bad fast and just to reassure me at times I preferably like to order things off amazon Any suggestion there would be good :)p
 
I have the Peter Gurney books (Piggy Potions etc) & Myra Mahoney one (The really useful Guinea Pig guide) , they are good but out of print now I think. If you do manage to find one they will be pretty expensive. There is also the Guinea Piglopaedia by Margaret Elward & Mette Ruelokke, that is a little out of date but the basic medical info is good, do watch the allowable veg stuff though, I always use Guinealynx food guide, it is better in my opinion. :)
