Hi! I need a little advice from my fellow cavy slaves! As some of you may know my little man Stig is sick with a respiratory infection. And he and his buddy Winston are separated at the vets advice. I have kept their cages close together, lucky Winston is in the C&C cage and Stig is in his cage( it's very large might i add). But i can tell that they are missing each other.
I am just wondering if some floor time together would hurt? I don't want them forgetting about each other. Winston is being so affectionate lately though, he has never been a piggie to be cuddled lots or petted but since being away from Stig he is letting us (my bf and i) cuddle him, scratch behind his ears, playing about with my bf(i'm jealous it's such a bromance with them two) and he is licking! I am honoured lol! Stig has been licking for a wee while. But i want them to be best buddies so will having floor time together do any harm?
