Need bit of help

I have 2 male Guinea pigs and it's my first time owning Guinea pigs but this morning when I had them out I noticed one of them going their business and a small pinkish stone was passed and not 100 percent what it is or what to do about it and wondered if any one can help I will attach a photo of it. Thank you in advance

I can only think its a bladder stone, but how the hell that got out of the penis, I don't know. Or maybe it's a sperm ball or hard smegma.

Yeah it's completely hard I'm not sure what end it came from he did a number 2 seconds after it fell from him

To me it looks blood stained.

That's what I thought think I'm going to phone the vet and see if they can help

Hi!

It looks to me more like some white dried semen fluid that has either been got stuck in the penis or anal sac.
Pics and info on 'boar glue' and semen rods (which can occasionally end up as a blob): Boar Care: Bits, Bums & Baths

The other option is a small bladder stone but they are generally more rounded and a different texture.
(PS: These are some larger ones from various piggies of mine that were too large to be passed naturally and required all an operation)


If you have concerns, please contact a vet. Unfortunately we can't have a closer look and feel ourselves to entirely clear your mind.
