Honey really needs to put on weight and strengthen,up any advice on things I can give her are welcome.

At the moment I am syringing water and pureed pear, banana, apple ans shes been munching on some bran.

Is she not eating? All the things you've mentioned are high in sugar and banana can cause constipation. If a piggy is not eating they need a complete handfeeding solution like critical care or science recovery. If they are eating then the best way to make them put on weight is to offer a balanced diet of hay, vegetables (fruit should only be a treat) and pellets.

yes she is eating but not a lot her weight has dropped to 1pound 11oz not sure what it is in grams.  She is on anti biotics so her poo is a bit runnier then usual and she has had a URI for some time I think she has got over the worse of it. She is also quite low in energy

she having pro biotic with the anti biotic? how much weight has she lost? and is she still loosing weight? if not id let her build back up herself :)

She's not on a pro biotic, Ive been to three different vets,I didnt realise that you should have a pro biotic and they never offered or menchoned one.  :-\
When I first weighted her she was about two pounds and one oz and she was one pound 11oz when I weighed her on sunday, so shes lost 6 oz which my phone conveter says is 170.101778 g  :D if you can make sense of that, my phone could be wrong

the URI I think has improved so I dont know when to stop the anti biotics, she still has a guey eye and although she does seem to eat its oviously not enough to keep her weight up

generally, dried pea flakes are good for putting weight on (you can get them cheap from pampered piggies). also sunflower seeds and oat flakes.

If she has runny poo then I would not try and encourage her to have that extra amount of fruit, to be honest. You probably have experienced it yourself - too much fruit at once can make the runs worse! If she is on antibiotics she should get some probiotic as the baytril (guessing here?) will upset the tummy. BirdBeneBac is good, as is BioLapis. Make sure you leave about 2 hours in between giving the antibiotics and the probiotics.
If the weight is seriously down, give Critical Care (your vet might give you another brand, they usually arent that different) by syringe, mix some dextrose in with it, alot of piggies like it better that way which will make feeding easier for you, and also give them a bit of extra energy.

Sunflower seeds are high in protein and shouldnt be given often, I think it would be best to get some CC, where abouts do you live? somebody may know of a better vet in your area :)

Agree with this. You don't want to put on fat, just some muscly condition. Your vet should have told you when to stop the antibiotic. If not, phone to check.

Critical Care :) which you can buy online, I think PP do it, or get it from vets :)
