My guinea has been sneezing all day is there a way to clean his nose to see if he just got some in there

Guinea pigs have narrow airways so hay dust can cause irritation in the nose and so can it if they eat or drink too fast. They will often cough or sneeze and that will clear the airways. There is not a lot you can do to help that process.

However if your piggy is sneezing or coughing excessively, or has other symptoms, then you must see a vet and have your piggy checked for a respiratory infection

Hi and welcome!

Your piggy may have indeed a hay particle stuck in his nose that refuses to budge. If the sneezing is not stopping, please see a vet as your piggy will need and investigation as to what is wrong (to make sure that the rest of the airways is clear) and help to get rid of the irritation.

Guinea pigs don't have viral colds and flus like we humans, they have bacterial respiratory infections (URI). Sneezing, unless it is several times an hour for hours on end but without the obvious irritation angle, is therefore rarely a symptom of a URI or any other respiratory illness.
