I think I’m on the right forum so I have a Guinea Pig names Rosie 3years old and very talkative and sweet but she is overweight and I need ideas on how to help her loose weight before it becomes a really big issue.Rosie gets feed a little bit of Guinea Pig food in the morning and at night she gets hay morning and night and fruits and vegetables at night she also gets very very little fruits in the afternoon during play time also the hay and Guinea Pig food in the morning is a small portion

Hello and welcome, Rosie has lovely colouring!

This forum has many helpful guides which will contain a lot of information you need. I suggest you start with these two:

Long Term Balanced General And Special Needs Guinea Pig Diets
Read this to check you are following up to date diet guidance and not overfeeding her (multiple mentions of fruit in your first post make me think perhaps her diet is too high in sugar and it also sounds like you may not be giving her enough hay which should be available to her all the time, in limitless quantities)

Weight - Monitoring and Management
Explains how to keep track of her weight, know if she is over our under weight, and also what to do about it!

If anything is not clear from the guides, don't hesitate to ask questions!

By the way, does Rosie live alone or with another guinea pig?
