:agr: with @PiggyOwner. Without a photo it is difficult to have any view. If, however, you are worried that your piggy is injured or in pain please seek immediate vet review and assistance.

I would definately get it checked by a vet. My boar had something similar . The vet prescribed antibiotics and an anti fungal ointment - and painkillers.

One of our health and illness gurus will be along to answer your question. @helen105281 @Wiebke
I think it's fungal but not sure as its on lip and foot at same time.

Sorry I have been out at a family do all day. It looks like chelitis which can be either fungal or bacterial. A vet visit is needed. My Nigel had the fungal version and was treated with an oral medication called Nystatin. I think it can be treated topically too though.

She had it on her foot first and then it spread to her mouth I guess from grooming but I will try and find a vet tommorrow

and, please make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after handling her . Some fungal infections can be caught by humans. Better safe than sorry.
