I have looked at curver too expensive plus i think the guinea pigs would be offend with a big dog on the side of it!
So I need it to be able to store 10kg and be good quality
Any Help would be appreciated
Thanks in advance Astrid

I just use cheap storage boxes with lids from Wilkos or the range. You would need the large ones though,I have one of the under bed shallow but long ones for my bunny food which comes in 10 kg sacks and there is plenty of room.I also have a couple of smaller ones that I fill up from the big one as and when needed. They are really good, heavy to lug about but not too bad. You can put the whole bag of food in too.

I just keep mine in the bag wrapped up with a black bag over that in the bottom of a wardrobe then just use a cereal container kept under the cage and keep topping that up :)

I have a bin which is for bird / animal food qith scoop attached I bought it from JTF Wholesale. I also have two curver boxes that hold 4kg they have small animal ones which have a picture of a bunny, ferret and guinea on it.

Well you have all been a brilliant help (thanks so much) i had been routing around and found when i came back to the forum that piggy fan had chosen exactly what i was about to get ! Thank you ever so much for the help I'm sure the favour will be returned in time

This is the one I have :
How do you rate this one @Briony_S ? I've just been looking around having discovered today a mouse has been at our bird seed in the garage and had come across it on Amazon and thought I might get 2 - 1 for bird seed and another for our gps nuggets - bit better than our current "storage" arrangement ....

Its great but mine is inside. I believe they sell them for £14.99 in poundstretcher if you want to look at it before you buy. They arent the thickest of plastic so a mouse may be able to chew through it

if your nuggets are inside it'd be fine
