Neglect? What Should I Do?

So I have had a total stranger contact me on facebook asking for advice on their piggy who is clearly very sick! They have sent me photos also and their poor piggy looks small and is bald on its chest and front legs and looks a bit sore. I have instructed them to go to a vet immediately, I wont share the photos with you as it is hard to look at not sure what else I can do!

Edit: they have replied saying they will take them to a vet, heres hoping

Oh yes, hope they do the right thing & take the poor piggy to the vet.

I am going to recommend they also join this forum too for extra help and support! (maybe admin should delete this post as well just in case they do join I wouldnt want them to get the wrong impression from it)

I think recommending they join the forum is such a good idea. They'd get much better advice on here than on facebook.
