Junior Guinea Pig
I wish I had pictures to show how cute these 2 girls are, but today was cage cleaning day and they really needed a bath, so they had floor time while I cleaned their cage then when I was done they had a bath and god that was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen in my life lol little drowned rats 
but anyways, I work a lot and I do make sure to interact with them most of the time when I’m home, but I tend to forget how much they really do love our time together because their prey animal instincts usually has them darting for cover when you go to pet them, so you think they’re ok with the occasional scratches and pets but not too much, well after the cutest bath time in the world I wrapped them in a towel and sat on the chair and started to dry them and I have never heard them bubble so loud and they vibrated the entire time and eventually fell asleep on my lap snuggled up to my arm, I was going to clip their nails but I didn’t have the heart at that point they were just so happy to actually be in my arms even if they had to bathe to get there, I was stuck there for 20 minutes and probably would have went on for longer but I was sitting in front of the air conditioning and I didn’t want them to be too cold but I also didn’t want to wake them up they were so happy and content they both had fully shut eyes and all I actually had my hubby crinkle a chip bag so they would pop up lol and they did and didn’t waste any time wheeking in my face so they got a treat and I moved away from the air dried them and put them in their cleaned cage, but just bc they run and hide doesn’t mean they don’t want you to hold them and love them and I think I’m going to hold them more often now
