never thought I'd see the day!

That my husband wold be just as potty as I am about the Guineas. I'm currently recovering from a dislocated shoulder & my hubby has taken over the general care of our two piggies without any nagging from me! He's even cleaning the nero 4 out every night, talking to coco & smudge all the time.I'm really glad I bought them in for the winter otherwise I bet he wouldn't have helped quite as much. The 1st night I injured my shoulder (by tripping over the pavement) I slept downstairs & i couldn't believe the din that Coco& smudge made during the night, Needless to say I didn't spend a second night on the couch!

That really good of him to help you out, he must love you soooooooo much.
Well all moan about them but some of them are just big softie's lol

Bad news about the shoulder (hope it recovers soon) but well done with the hubby! My chap won't go near my piggies; unless he's had a few drinks when he admits to finding the teeny tiny one cute!
 
Get well soon....glad your hubby is discovering the delights of piggie keeping :))
 
Luckily my OH is as potty abut them as me rolleyes He hs just *run* down to Superdrug to get eyesdrops for Sunny before they closed.......awwwwww

my dad only talks to max and i have 10 other guinea pigs

but he dose help my clean them out we do it togther and he brings the hay home for me and picks the dry food up from the shop for me nd when I'm really ill he will feed them too

he dose take a genral intrest in them cant ask for then that
 
What a good other half. Mine likes to play with them while i clean out. It's a big help and they enjoy the time. They particularly liked him this morning when he took over feeding duties, he used almost an entire cucumber. At £1.29 at the moment, I have been rationing them! This was a real treat for them. x
 
Haha Jane! Peter loves the pigs too its a great help but my folks aren't keen. They go mad about the numbers I have (14) but its a hobby and we love them. It is something the whole family can get involved in. x
 
How lovely. Husbands are pretty special people aren't they?

My husband to be loves our piggies as much as i do, and he does just as much as i do, if not more! he's great with pheobe (our little biter), pheobe just idolizes him. he's so soft with them all. my dad also dotes on them, my mum says she hates animals, but she turns to mush when she sees them! cxxxxx
 
My husband loves the guineas - he's a real softie! The two indoor piggies he insisited on being on our landing so he could talk to them every time he went past as he 'missed' seeing them when they lived in my son's room!
