Teenage Guinea Pig
Well after losing my beloved fudge in the early hours of Saturday morning, me and Frankie pig have been so upset and missing him like crazy. Frankie has been going mad chewing on the bars and pulling on them wheeking so loudly looking for fudge, it was breaking my heart even more seeing frank take taking it so badly that I decided to look into getting another. I wanted a rescue piggie and as if by magic, my boyfriend found an ad on gumtree of male piggies for adoption. So I contacted her and she lives like 10 mins away from me and said she had some lovely piggies in, she said I could take Frankie pig to her house and find him his perfect match.
Perfect is not even the word! He is absolutely beautiful he is like Frankies identical twin! Only a lot smaller lol! They hit it off straight away and here they are Frankie pig and Freddie pig
Freddie pig is the one at the front and Frankie pig is the one at the back
He is so wonderful, I love him so much
The lady i adopted him from was so lovely and the Guinea pigs were so well looked after, she was very knowledgable about all the animals in their care and runs the rescue from her home and 2 of her next door neighbours houses. He came with a lifetime of support and a change over food and some hay, he is around 5 months old and was rescued from a house where they were left to run wild and the owners were going to kill them because they didn't want them anymore! She said he had ringworm and mites but has now fully recovered. I am so happy I adopted him, he has changed Frankie back into his normal self again. I am going up there tomorrow to donate an outdoor hutch and an indoor cage that I no longer need anymore. He is eating grass out of Frankies mouth they are just adorable and I am so happy even though I have lost the love of my life fudgie p, I have adopted a beautiful little boy who has opened up a space at the rescue for another Guinea in need to fill
