I have a brand new addition to share with you.


I will post pigtures later. She is a little 6 week old female who is almost a spitting image of Oreo. She has started clinging onto Oreo like she is her mum.

Her name is Mollie

So now I have Oreo, Bugs, and Mollie. Sandy my foster is still up for adoption.
 
The way I do introductions is I put them nose to nose first. Then onto the floor. Oreo went right for her and was grooming her and acting like she was mollie's mum. Bugs then had her turn and now Mollie is all tuckered out and sleeping. I do have a pigture of her but however I did buy her from where I got Oreo. She is in a good home to say the least anyway and I am very pleased with her.

I know the golden rule about putting them together right off the bat but however since bugs and oreo are to go for an assessment (bugs only) I figured that I would include mollie when they go to the vet. The vet even showed me how to do the general physical assessment (eyes, skin, butt, feet, teeth, etc) I concluded that she is healthy and ready to be mothered (given her age and size I do not want to hinder the socialization process)

But here is a photo of her to show you what miss mollie looks like

She is sooooo little. Yes Oreo is playing mummy. I think it is her nature to mother something smaller than her. Sam was snuggling both Oreo and Mollie and I had Bugs. Bugs wanted to be with the "mother and daughter" pair haha
 
Thank you. Yes she is gorgeous. I am so pleased she has wiggled her way into oreo's heart and has successfully bonded with her. However, she does go and snuggle with Bugs though
 
Cute! Great that both your piggies have fallen for this little baby!
 
I kinda figured that Oreo would take to a baby. She mothered Bugs for two weeks and bugs was four months old at the time she did that. Mollie will actually go underneath Oreo like she is going to nurse but however I think its a comforting thing to do. Such an active little thing too. Oh how I missed those days haha. But I still can't believe the size difference
