Junior Guinea Pig
I was going to wait until they were a bit more settled & I could get better pictures, but... I can't wait 
One of my guinea pigs passed away a couple of weeks ago, & her cage mate (Nacho) was looking very lonely. I work quite long hours & feel guilty that I can only give her a couple of hours' attention each day (mainly having her lie on my stomach whilst I watch TV...)
So I've adopted two new girls. Not yet named - they were dropped off at the SSPCA centre with hardly any information left about them. They're eating fine, but they are very nervous and I don't think they've been handled much.
Pig 1:
Pig 2, who is a bit more relaxed & got very comfy on my boyfriend's arm:
I'm looking forward to the weekend when hopefully they'll be a bit more settled & I can really start to get to know them. They need a bath most of all - they've both got tufts of matted hair underneath, clearly haven't been groomed or bathed at their old home. They smell a bit too, in contrast to my regularly-bathed Nacho!
Hopefully the introductions will go well. Wish me luck, & suggest names!
