new advice please!

Paddy had his operation on Tuesday for his bladder stone, they couldnt find it which led them to believe he had passed it because it was very tiny on the x ray.
We bought him home yesterday, op went fine, stitches are looking great and they were pleased with him yesterday at the vets.
We have been given baytrill and some cystitis relief as well as some supreme recovery and some food that is special for UTI infections.
I'm worried today though-he has had 2 lots of recovery + meds but is not eating and drinking much on his own. Every time he urinates or poops he really screeches still in pain.
I need help!

did they xray him to see if the stone was still in his body?, it could of passed from bladder and be stuck in his wee passage. hence why he is yelling when weeing

They said they had a really good look on the table but couldn't find anything at all. He has got to go back next Tuesday for another checkup. His urine has improved there is no blood. I'm just worried about the eating bur I wonder if he's full on the recovery formula and hay

My Patrick initially only nibbled at food, he continued to cry and urinate blood for roughly 9 days, keep syringing feeding him and offering him tasty treats.

Don't be scared to call the vet's if you have any concerns or think something isn't right.

Your piggy is probably pretty sore but as I have little to no knowledge on this I cannot help. Just one thing, are you giving probiotics? Baytril is known to reduce appetite and did so for my little Bingo but the moment he was on probiotics he began eating for himself. Might be worth asking your vet about this.
