be warned both are name less as i dont know them yet...but mozart and beethoven are in the back of my mind at the moment.

born on oct 13th, i've just adopted beautiful brothers! ok at the moment the only visible bit of both guineas is the shorter haird ones bum! but i know they are there!

both are tan and white but although both being fluffy one of them has got the most amazing bum in the world ever...his fur is like 3 inches long over his bum and the rest is an inch or so! but they are both amazing and i already love them...although having to chase the fluffier of the 2 around my office because he didnt like the idea of going back in the carrier!

they have both had injections and i got to see mum, dad, sister and brothers, inc brothers from a older litter. and they are massive, xavier i thought was big but he was the size of a 4 month old female...the vet told me he was big. these two are monsters! lol

well intros done! when they calm down pics will be taken! hope they start talking to me soon! i miss hearing xavier talking away :( :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

Awwwwww congrats on the new piggies cant wait till they settle in so we get piccies ;D :smitten:

i just hope they'll be ok its not been long since xavier left for piggy heaven only really a day but i couldnt have his indoor cage empty.

Ahhh right i see - I'm sure theyll settle in no time O0

well they've been here just under 12 hours and i've got a tube with 2 furry bums! i can see they've been wondering around as they have eaten everything i left out for them last night! its nice to have a healthy guinea pig again! with normal poo...normal eating habbits and well they just seem healthier.

i'm not upset that i got xavier, because i gave him a good 5months, and there was nothing i could do to make him better :'( but at least i'm still confident enough to have guineas...just hope these ones last alot longer!

their daddy is HUGE! i was actually scared of him at first! but i doubt these two will be that big...well i hope not!

Congratulations on the arrival of your two new beautiful furbabies :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
I like your choice of name if that's what you end up with O0
I hope you get to enjoy many many years with them both :) :) :) :)

congrats! :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: hope you enjoy a long time together O0 :smitten: :smitten:

hi,
i would have waited longer to grieve over xavier, but am glad you got your new babies. like someone said lets see these big bums!! wonder if it is bigger than mine.(had a look) na couldn't be that big! good luck with them and may you have many happy years with these babies and i am just xavier is wheeking at you from paradise popcorning around very please with himeself. look forward to seeing your babies. love the names too. hugs and cuddles to you and your babies. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: good luck with the hayrack and clippers. did you try ebay? :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

choloe i did wonder that myself, but althoug i'm still upset...having the cage beside my bed empty would of possibly upset me more...and the lady i got these two off was running out of room and was contemplating selling them to sea pets (where i got xavier) so really i was rescuing them!

its actually made me happy to see how different they are to xavier- i always thought that he had a massive appetite but i left the boys out (also new name idea Mr. Darcy and Mr. Bingly...am a pride and prejudice lover) and they were like mini lawn mowers! i cant be sad for xavier now he's at peace and he's also not in pain, from the look of these two xavier had been ill really since i got him which makes me sad but I know I did the right thing. and i think having the boys is the right thing too...

black jack god you wouldnt believe how i felt after i'd had to say goodbye to xavier...i never even wanted to see a guinea pig! let alone all the things which were in my room reminding me off my loss. yet somehow *looking over at the house seeing 2 beautiful noses looking at me* i dont think i could be without them now...even if it was xavier...the idea of not having at least one guinea pig around seems strange.

they are both beautiful even though i kinda got used to a guinea who was a bit slow and lethargic...the vet had just said it was because he was on his own- now i assume it was because he was ill. these two will keep me on my toes!

I always think when you've been a really good piggy mummy or daddy then your Rainbow Piggies will be looking down on you from their cloud and willing you on to help other piggies. So basically I think you've done totally the right thing in getting your new boys straight away! Well done! (& good luck O0)

:) thank you black jack.

well they've managed to get their ball in their water dish today and well one of their bowls was upturned to! i walked in and asked what had been going on...they both just looked up at me from the house like " 0:) us?! do anything naughty?! 0:)" yes innocent little horrors! tho a friend of mine has suggested i get a female so they can have babies...lol think i'll pass on that one...unless the boys get lonely but hey i dont know...i know a little bit about a guinea on his own, now trying to learn what 2 brothers could be like- i'm kinda worried that they'll fight.

hopefully this will of worked?!

they are really cutie and handsome little piggies! have they got names yet? i think if they are brothers then they are less likely to fight, one will most probably try to be the dominant male. hoping all goes well. hugs and cuddles. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

the fluffy bum one is more confident at the moment he'll come out as soon as i put food down for them...the less fluffy will follow the other around a bit...

they are still nameless...but they will have names by sunday as i'm home all day so can get to know them.

how about henry or tilney or thrope or james for names? i am a big northhanger abbey fan. don't mine p&p but northhanger is my favourite and persuassion too. good luck with your boys. :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

choloe you have amazing taste...i love northanger, think its amazing my mother doesnt! she only likes persuassion. we'll se i've just had they fluffy one running around on my bed...running away from the brush! xavier used to chew on his brush this one runs away!

just put them back and they've got their breakfast...the one i thought was more dominant picks up food and takes it to the other one! then decides he does want cucumber really so nicks it back! i'm loving watching these 2 they are amazing! i wish xavier had been able to have a friend too, he would of liked that.
