Good afternoon, I would like some advice! We currently have a 4 month old little girl called Boo. We got Boo to bond with our older piggie when her sister sadly passed, but she passed away and we are devestated. We are getting a new piggie to hopefully successfully bond with Boo tomorrow. The thing I would like advice on is what diet to give our new little baby, as she is only around 4 weeks old. Ive not had one from that age before and was hoping i could get abit of help. Thanks for any help!

Welcome to the forum, and I'm sorry for your loss

The diet for a baby is the same as for an adult - unlimited hay, one cup of veg and one tablespoon of plain pellets.

You can feed normal adult piggy pellets, they do not need baby guinea pig pellets (which are a sales gimmick).

When introducing veg please do so slowly. Introduce one new veg at a time and in very small amounts. Once you have fed all four safe daily veggies (coriander, lettuce, cucumber and bell pepper) you can begin to increase quantity until you get to the one cup of veg per day

I hope that helps
