I picked up my rescue piggy on Sunday and was told she was a female.. well I quickly realised she indeed was a boy

He has settled in SO well already, he wheeks for food when he hears us. He loves lap time and just snuggles down straight into my lap. And he had floor time tonight which he enjoyed very much, popcorning like he a constant twitch haha

He is booked in tomorrow morning for neutering, I hope it all goes well for him! Can’t wait for 6 weeks time so he can join the girls!

Well done for spotting the gender mistake so soon, and getting him booked in so quick!
Hope it all goes well, though it might be a shock seeing that beautiful floofy bum for shaved off... our neutered husboar Theo sends special manly hugs and wheeks and says neutering is the best thing he ever did because he has lots and lots of ladies now :)

Hi Mr Floofy Pants

Both Dennis and I want to send wheeky wheeks for your visit to the Plum Fairy tomorrow. You won't know anything about it. You'll just drift off into a nice sleep and wake up after a lovely dream. In 6 weeks time you can meet your wives. It may be a bit painful when you wake up but the pain is worth the gain.

Lots of wheeks
Christian.

Did you make him a packed lunch for when he wakes up after surgery to try get him eating? Theo got watermelon and spinach :)

Any news on the handsome little floofer yet?
Speedy recovery little man
Luv the girls & I x

Hello Beautiful piggie.
Has the plum fairy been:yikes:
You rest and ex treats x
Ask mummy to let us know your name pls.

Mr floffy still is sort of unnamed!

I called him Spud today for the vets, and which is what I think I’d like to call him.
However my partner wants to call him Ollie.. Oliver, but I’m not too sure. What do you guys think?

He is home now after his big day! He was munching on hay the whole 50 mins home, he looks good in himself just a little quiet and he is now having a sleep in his house. Will have to get him out soon to have his dose of Enrotril. He also has Loxicom starting tomorrow

Spud is great.
Great also him eating and fingers cross all's well. x.
Sleep away little guy. . them lady piggies dream  will come true.

Glad everything went well :) it’s always such a nerve wracking time when our piggies are under!

I had my boar neutered a few months ago. Just before chistmas, he went quiet for a day, just nibbling hay in his hidey house, then on day 2 he was pretty much back to normal

Glad that all has gone perfectly well!

Use the name that sticks or give him a double name; in the end you'll end with a nickname for him anyway!
