I promised earlier that I would post some pictures of my new playpen! I got 10 grids off ebay and they came today! I'm going to make it a bit bigger in the new year. The pigs are going in it 2 at a time, for a few hours each every day.

Here it is being modelled by the twins, Peaches and Pixie:

It's hard to tell because they are so alike!

Peaches is inside the house, and Pixie is outside (on the first picture).

Would you like me to find the link to the ebay seller I bought these from?

That looks great. O0 :smitten:
I want to do something similar, just got to talk hubby into it first. >:D

I got my grids this morning as well! I think we got them off the same person. Awww cute piggy in the house :smitten:

This is what I need! The little so-and-so's can jump out of the playpen I have now, so I can't really use it unless I have time to stand over them watching ::)

Do you mind me asking how much those grids cost?

that looks great! mine live permantly in there c&c cage i started of with 10 but when i got poppy i got another 6 ::) i love them, but i need more grids to do an upstairs but I'm too poor :(

Think I might get 8, that would be enough for a playpen I think - they would only be in for a couple of hours at a time, they already have a big cage to live in plus an outside hutch and run for the summer :)

I was just looking at mine and thinking how big would it be with 8. I think it would be too small for a playpen. It would be a lot smaller than your average piggie cage, such as a nero. I don't think they'd get much exercise from it as a playpen.

I don't want it to be big, I don't have much space for it in the utility room and they aren't allowed in any other rooms. It's only somewhere to put them whilst I clean them out really, they'll be in there for 1-2 hours max.

oh wow u got them :o !! they look really good :smitten:
i posted the original link the other day u got them really quick! i finally got round to ordering mine today i can't wait! ;)

They came in two days! I got talking to the seller through email, and she's really lovely! She's guinea pig-mad like us lot! I told her about the forum, so hopefully she'll join.

I think £1.80 per grid is really reasonable too.

yeah its really good because you can add to it aswell i ordered 10 but i might order some more next week! :smitten:

She said she's going to keep selling them, so I'm going to get more in the new year.

That's really nice! I've got one that exact same size in my kitchen. Yours looks so neat and tidy though! O0

It doesnt look nice and tidy now! Peggy has been pooping in it all afternoon!
