Something very strange has happened! you know when you buy something online and it shows the money is going out on your account. Well the money from the cage has been going out for days. then i check online this morning and its back in my "available funds" ive emailed them to ask if there's been a problem with payment:
Can you tell me why payment for the cage has not been taken?

You'rer still not answering my question!!! Was the payment returned? is it in the process of being taken out? why send the cage before youve had payment?

You are still not answering my question!? payment has NOT been taken. Surely you have the means to tell me if it was bounced/delayed. The money is still showing on my account!

I'm well confused. The money was DEFO there. Ive been right through my statements and added everything up it was defo there. Ive taken some screen shots. makes no sense. :s
