New cage, new piggy

As some of you know, I am eagerly awaiting a lil boy to keep my lady piggy company. The new cage arrived today and we are wondering if its ok to put sugar straight into the new cage or should we wait until Bruce arrives? We aren't sure when he is coming yet.

I would wait until Bruce comes. Its very difficult to introduce a new piggy into a pigs existing territory.
Is Bruce neutered? so we don't get any unexpected surprises
