What camera you got? I have a DSLR as well as compact one (easier to carry)

Me too! But I needed a wee compact for taking on nights out etc. These were taken with the Sony Cybershot DSC-W320 - just under £100 on amazon and 14mp. Not bad results. I used the flash on Pablo and no flash on Winks. I'm quite happy with the results for indoor use :)
 
I have a Canon DSLR 400D with two lenses and just recently got a Panasonic Lumix tz8 :) I would like to get another Canon if I had the money but tbh buying a good lens with a cheaper body works great.

Results are good :)

I used to swear by Canon, but I had an compact IXUS and the zoom lens kept jamming. As it cost £80 to get it sorted everytime, I decided to give up. I've got the "entry level" Sony Alpha DSLR, which is great for everything but a bit bulky for me to carry about all the time.

Anyway, back to pigs! Better balance it up with another one of Winks going all starey-eyed over the grass:

I love my Canon and Ive never had a problem with my Canon compact camera and now my Lumix is great.
 
I like Canon but had an ixus which was really slow a long time ago.... wouldnt put me off now but at the time I got a nikon compact to replace it and like it... its nothing fancy though but does the job....
