New enrichment!

I've said it before on the forum but my favourite hack for getting cheap tunnels is going to your local carpet shop and ask for a cardboard tube and then just cut it into small sections. My local carpet shop lets me have them for free and I get 5 or 6 tunnels out of each long tube which lasts a couple of years.

Brilliant hack. I shall have to do this

That a great idea, never thought of that

Ours have a cardboard circus cannon that they greatly enjoy, and a hay bag in the shape of a pair of frilly knickers that I made for them. They love to eat from it and also climb in one leg and out the other.

Apart from that, their favourite things are paper bags, cardboard boxes and tissue paper. They take out all their pent-up fury on the cardboard, climb into the bags and then stamp them flat, and run about under the tissue paper getting excited. Any parcels that arrive in our house are carefully searched for pig-safe packing materials!
