Stripe took the whole syringe of emeraid, had his meds, and he was in the perfect position to check his feet, bottom and privates and get him cleaned up without manhandling him! No bumblefoot that I can see.
Just an update on this thread. Stripe has gotten over his inner ear infection on baytril and doxycycline. He regained his mobility after being lame in one of his legs. If your piggy has mobility issues, it may be an ear infection. He got the all clear a couple weeks ago. He is no longer in medication.
Unfortunately Stripe got a wound on his scrotum right after healing from the infection. I think it was from a timothy hay hide that he chewed jagged, so those reading this may want to avoid that type of hide. He has been on SSD cream and today his vet said the wound looks good and only a surface wound remains. Cream for another week.
