New Food- Nature's Feast

I picked some of this up this weekend as I had ran out of their usual kibble (was waiting on a delivery that had got lost >.<) All 4 of my girls were straight in there and I woke up to empty bowls the next day! Would recommend as they are not too big and the different bits in the kibble give them something to forage for. Looks like P@H are the only ones who stock it close to me.

Thanks! Glad to hear that it was a hit with your girls :) I have a piggie who prefers smaller nuggets so that's a big bonus of these. I think it only came out last month so I found it hard to find any reviews!

I did post one on the P@H website but looks like its not there. As soon as they hear the bag being opened, I have noses in the air  I'll be stocking up on these as the girls are so in love with them :luv:

Think I might have to get some for Lola and Poppy to try! :D
I found this interesting too, in the nature's feast the calcium seems to be lower! 'Calcium iodate anhydrous 1.18 mg/kg' compared to 'Calcium lodate anhydrous 2.34 mg/kg' in Burgess nuggets!

I might be reading it wrong but I can't see any hay in the ingredients, and the calcium content seems crazily high:
Calcium iodate anhydrous 1.18 mg/kg

On their website it states that they are 92% grass nuggets + 8% real grass, fruit & veg, here is the link Guinea Pig (1.5kg) - Nature's Feast
The calcium is lower than burgess which is important as Poppy had a bladder stone removed and I'm trying to find an alternative, just slightly confused about the ingredients!

It's got hay in it, Lucerne which is another name for alfalfa hay. I think the fact that it's a grass nugget is better choice than some others out there.

I have contacted the company to see if they can send me a sample to try, might be wishful thinking but it's worth a try!:D

Not come across this one yet but I will include in my pellet guide. It does have some nice natural ingredients but it also has lucerne and soya too like some of the more commercial pellets such as Burgess.

I think the food was released last month, the company used to do just bird food but have extended their range to small animal products too! They also do snack pots of dried veggies, fruits and herbs and hay with flower petals. Knowing my piggies they won't even want to try it/won't like it!:))
