New foster ladies

I have two new girls on foster with me at the moment. The first is Mish. A little Coro girl who is here to be socialized a little more as she was very, very frightened. Shes turned into a proper little character. She loves to climb on her enrichment and have a good nose at her neighbors!

The other is another pregnant girly. Very sweet nature, chatty girl, who at around 14 weeks old, is very heavily pregnant, pups feel very big, and very active. This is my most worry-some pregnancy yet as there is a 50% chance that shes been mated by her Roan Dad/Grandad. So fingers crossed that the baby daddy is the little black rex boy she was also with!

Pretty piggies

That is surely a big tum for a little piggie how soon are you expecting pups to arrive? She looks very symmetrical so I'm going to guess at 2 pups! However, guineas are full of surprises so we'll just have to wait to find out...

I really hope mum & babies will all be ok & the dad turns out to be the one you're hoping for. Will look forward to hearing how these lovely girls both get on

The pups could be arriving any day now, she's absolutely huge, very sluggish and is only really getting up to eat and drink ... or not, if there is one thing i have learned looking after pregnant sows, is that everything you learned with the last one may not apply to the next!
