Hello, I'm a new guinea pig parent, having just adopted two: a mom and her daughter. They are very sweet, and I want to keep them happy and healthy. I've come across many conflicting opinions about their diet. Could someone please tell me the correct diet and serving sizes for each guinea pig over an average week?

Welcome to the forum

The diet is unlimited amounts of hay. It needs to make up three quarters of what they eat in a day.
Have it loose in the cage or in trays (not in racks or bags) so they can freely forage through it and play in it. Hay is as much enrichment as it is food.

They can have one cup of veg each per day.
The four safe daily veggies are lettuce (not iceberg lettuce though), bell pepper, cucumber and coriander/cilantro.
Other veggies can be given but on a once or twice a week only basis - high calcium items such as kale, spinach, parsley are once a week. Fruit and carrots do not beed to be in the diet but if you do wish to give them then they are just a very occasional treat in very small amounts.
Make sure you introduce any new vegetables slowly and one at a time so that you can watch for any digestive issues and know exactly which one caused it.

They can one tablespoon of plain guinea pig pellets each per day. They are the one part of the diet that they actually don’t need to do make sure to never over feed pellets.

I’ve added a guide below which explains everything in detail

Thank you all for your help! The calico-looking one, Sally, is the mother, and the white one, Gillian(Gilly), is her baby. Sally makes a sound that resembles a growl-purr, which I found out might be called rumble strutting. Is it normal for her to do this to her baby? They don't fight and often lie close to each other, but it seems like Sally sometimes wants her own space, which I understand lol
