We got a new guinea pig recently, shes about 1-2 months old and her poos arent the regular shape like the tic tac candies lol

When we first got her the poos were normal, very small of course because shes a baby. She eats and poos and drinks, shes playful too and shows no sign at all of any illness but her poos are in clusters or random shapes. What's wrong? She seems like all the other pigs we had but her poos are strange.

Just a guess here but are you giving her lots of veggie treats as she's new? One of the most common causes of soft poo is too much veg. Try to think just how small her stomach really is and feed accordingly. They are eating and pooing machines - the faster it goes in one end the faster (and more undigested) it comes out the other. An adult pig sould get 50g of veg a day so one this young needs far less.

I agree with Suzy, as long as your piggie is getting hay and dry food you can stop the veggies for a few days and the poo should right itself. Try not to give too much fruit as it makes their poos softer, pigs prefer veggies anyway :)) Let us know how she is in a few days x
