New Guinea Pig, Uri?

This is Bean. I got him on Thursday from Petsmart. And he started sneezing a couple days ago. And then today I noticed, his nose was crusted over so I removed it and he's sneezed less. He still eats and drinks and runs around. It is a Sunday so the only place open is the emergency clinic. I called them and they told me to go to my regular vet in the morning. But I am afraid to wait because look at his nose. They also said if I were to try to go in today even though they are super busy (2+ hour waiting time), the basic cost of the visit would be 115 dollars plus extra for anything else that needs to be done. Versus probably considerably less if I wait until tomorrow like they suggested. I'm just so scared.

Also, a friend of mine who also has small animals said that the stress of waiting at the super crowded vet for 2 or more hours would very negatively effect Bean moreso than he already is. I just feel so helpless like I'm failing him.
