New guinea pigs

Hi i wonder if any one can help..... Ive got 2 sisters that i bought about a month ago, theyre 15 weeks old..... We obviously took our time and let them settle in before we held them etc but...... I have one that will sit on your knee for how ever long you want and coo when you stroke her, the other one will sit for about 10 mins then starts squeeking and when you try to touch her she leaps about.... Is there anything i can do to help her settle?

Maybe she needs to wee. When a guinea pig gets fidgity that is a clear sign. You have not had them long at all for them to be confident with you. Guinea pigs are prey animals and very nervey. I have had Peronel for four years and she still runs away when I pick her up!
