I thought I'd better post some pictures of our new pigs; it seems a shame to keep them all to myself!

Errol (in the carrier) and The Luggage:

The Luggage is the bossy one, and she was first out of the carrier when the food arrived.

Twoflower having a sheepish nibble on some veg:

I hope you enjoy the pictures. We're certainly enjoying watching them explore their new home :)

AWW - you have certainly got a striking trio! I love the whacky names!

What a lovely photo's! These are gorgeous guinea pigs. I hope they'll have a great life at your place!

What quirky names and lovely piggies!

awww gorgeous guinz,

isnt it funny when guineas are just sitting there you can see them watching you haha

I was surprised how quickly they seemed to settle in. They're still not too happy about people touching them (but seeing as we're essentially giants to them, I don't blame them!), but they've had a good old explore, and will take food from our hands when they feel like it :) They're very laid back.

Gorgeous names - we're Pratchett fans too. SOmetimes hubby says i only married him for his complete Pratchett collection.
is errol a girl?
my mum has a dolls' house with dragons (small ceramic ones) onstaed of dolls and they are Errol and Lady Sybil.
hope you find it fun and friendly on here
B

Errol is a castrated boar (we can do without unexpected new arrivals). Twoflower and The Luggage are both girls, even though their namesakes are respectively male and indeterminate/male (is it possible for furniture to have a gender?). We just liked the names!

i liked the idea of errol being a girl's name:(|)
hope he is having fun with his ladies.
surely something as moody and aggressive as the literary Luggage could only be a girlrolleyes

I don't think he's having as much fun as he'd like to - his flirting with the girls is being steadfastly ignored! I hope The Luggage doesn't become quite as aggressive as her namesake; I could do without my guineas eating my guests. Although the magical ability to wash and press clothes is one quality I wouldn't mind...

Lovely piggies, and names too. I have an Errol, naturally that's my favourite name of your group. :))
